Mini Cinnamon Roles

Hello, I’m back once again with more food! I know, I know last week I posted about avocado toast but if you know anything about me you know I LOVE FOOD. So a cheat version of cinnamon roles is right down my street!

You will need:

  1. Pastry of sorts (any type really, I used rough puff)
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Muscavado sugar
  4. Icing sugar
  5. Butter

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Mix 1 part sugar and 1 part cinnamon
  • Butter a tray

After prepping role out your pastry to 2-3 mm thick and evenly spread a layer of butter on top. Sprinkle a good layer of your cinnamon sugar on top of your buttered pastry. Role it up into a tube using butter to adhere the pastry to it’s self. Cut up the role into mini roles and place on your buttered tray. Leave them for 20 mins and blast it up to 200 degrees C for the last five minutes.

Make sure you keep and eye on them as it may vary depending on you oven because them go from not cooked to burnt in an instant.

Bye xxx
